Made this contraption to help me get my scarf joints flat and true, there’s sandpaper on the underside of the sled and the slope is 12°.
Headstock glued on and truss rod channel routed:

The ebony board sanded to 4000 grit starts to get one hell of a sheen, there’s no oil or varnish on this.
